Indonesian Gado Gado (Naturally Vegetarian):
A colourful, composed salad featuring a vibrant mix of blanched and raw seasonal vegetables including green beans, shredded cabbage, and carrots, protein-rich tofu, and nutty tempeh. Served with hard-boiled eggs and your signature velvety peanut sauce.
Chimichurri Grain Bowl (Steak or Portobello):
A hearty base of farro and charred broccolini topped with roasted sweet potatoes, crispy chickpeas, pickled onions, and crumbled feta. Choose between seared steak or balsamic-roasted portobello, both finished with a bright, garlic-herb chimichurri.
Mango-Coconut Curry (Chicken or Chickpeas):
The sumptuous sauce of this curry is made from puréed mangoes, tomatoes, and a touch of coconut milk. Choose between chicken or chickpeas. Served with basmati rice (white or brown) and cilantro. Comes with a seasonal vegetable medley.
Turkey or Veggie Patties with Spring Beet Salad:
Choose between chickpea-lentil patties or fresh herb-filled turkey-zucchini patties. Served with a tangy sumac sour cream, alongside tender baby potatoes and a bright spring salad of shaved baby beets, arugula, feta, and a light lemon-herb vinaigrette.
As Pickle & Sprout has grown, delivery has become one of the biggest invisible pieces of the work — time, fuel, logistics, and long drives across a very spread-out city. I’ve realized that doing all deliveries myself (and absorbing most of the cost) just isn’t sustainable long-term if I want to keep offering high-quality, scratch-made meals and keep this business healthy.
So I’m making a small shift to create something more sustainable for everyone:
Free delivery on orders over $100 will be phased out
Delivery will now be a $12 flat rate
Free pickup will always be available
This helps protect the business, my energy, and the quality of what I’m making — so I can keep doing this work in a way that’s actually sustainable.
